Johto, most definitely. I'm not sure exactly where, seeing as I can't remember it all too well...
*Mourns death of Crystal's internal battery*
But, anyways, Johto because I've always loved the Pokemon there, the Bug Pokemon Catching Game, and many other things. And because Chikorita is so darn adorable.
And it's the generation when Espeon and Umbreon showed up. *Pokes avatar*

I would live in Sinnoh, in Jubilife City. And my secret base would be in the Underground right below my house so I could have a spot to get away.
 
I'd like to grow up in Kanto, probably in Vermillion City. I love the ocean and I've grown up with the original 150 and can't separate myself from that. Kanto fo lyfe. <3
 
I would live in Hoenn and probably would want to grow up in Pacifilog because I like how its surrounded by water. I have always been a fan of water type pokemon (:
 
I would live in the Jhoto region, because thats where my fav. pokemon are from and have unique cities/towns. =]
 
Hoenn is where I would live. I would also live in Johto if I liked it more than Hoenn.
 
I would probably live in Kanto, Its my favourite region.
 
I'd go with Either Hoenn or Johto, but I like Johto a little better, so I went with that.
 
I love the town of Sunyshore City in Sinnoh. Not only is it a coastal city, but it also makes use of technology in the form of skyway solar-powered bridges that power the city. In addition, it's the only place to buy seals, and it's the last town on the way to the Pokemon League. Plus, on top of all that, the gym leader there, Volkner, is the coolest. ;)
 
I'd probably live in Heathrome, Sinnoh.
Simply to be able to watch more contests, but to have a chance to be mentored by Fantina, and eventually become a Gym Leader there.
 
none. I'd live in the orange islands, but otherwise, probably hoenn, tho I never seen it...

Hoennnn <33 Hoenn is by far my favourite region, and my first choice for one to live in. I just love the region in general, the way it's laid out, the cities, all of it. And I had amazing fun playing through R/S/E, so it'll always be more special to me then the others, I think.
 
Kanto for sure....the old stuff is my favorite.
