    I don't care if this thread is from Serebiiforums.net i am making one here so everybody can voice their opinions on the thread here on this site.


    I say Kanto since it had well done battles,good humor and classic episodes aswell,great fillers.

    No one said there was anything wrong with looking around serebiiforums.com for thread ideas, it's just you went on saying it was your own idea, and we're trying to promote some original discussion around here, since these sorts of threads show up all the time every now and then. :x

    Back onto the topic. I'm going to pick AG. I felt like I quite very enjoyed the whole AG series. I love the chemistry between Ash, Brock, May and Max. Some of the rivals were quite memorable, like Drew and Harley. It did introduce us to contests, which were quite good at the time, it was just nice to see the anime not just focus on Ash, and see May enter contests. Theres also the Battle Frontier, loved how Ash decided to gather his old Pokémon and take them along with him to battle Frontier Brains. It also holds one of my favourite episodes, "Time-Warp Heals All Wounds!" so yeah.

    Maybe i will come up with some more thread ideas.

    I found AG series to be good with Ash,Brock,May and Max who was annoying at most times.The rivals were ok and May contest quest was really good.

    I did enjoy the Kanto series a whole lot since it was the first original series of pokemon and it was a pure classic season with all of the original trio Ash,Misty and Brock.

    How do i fix the writing in the poll,and can you please tell me how to do it.

    I say its either Hoenn or Sinnoh for me. I chose Hoenn since it was transition from the classic old Pokemon show to a brand new one. It finally introduced new characters and a totally different region. On the other hand I voted for Sinnoh, and I believe it is so expected from me <_< , simply because of the progression. I finally saw Ash improving his battle skills there, he was accompanied by my favorite characters, he had an epic rival, and the Sinnoh League was like...WOW!

    What I also liked about Sinnoh was its Pokedex, the Pokemon included a variation of our old Pokemon and it also added evolutions to them, something cool IMO. The Sinnoh new Pokemons had the most number of my favorite pokemon designs. What I mean is, it included more appealing pokemon for me than any other generation, save for generation 1.

    I liked the overlay of the region in general, the Champion was the best as well (we didn't get so many champions anyway) , but Cynthia was something amazing with her Garchomp....a beast.

    That series was a wish come true for me, it included almost everything I wanted, It was much more like...a climactic series for me...if it only didn't take 4 years......
     
    I liked the Sinnoh saga because it had a good balance between fillers and important events (though it took 31 episodes from Eterna to Veilstone and (I forgot how many episodes, though it was around the area I mentioned earlier) from Snowpoint to Sunyshore).
     
    I'd say Sinnoh. It was really enjoyable, despite the ridiculous amount of fillers. A bit disappointed with that. But it had an awesome rival in Paul, an introduction of a lot of game characters and a mix of good rivals, Team Galactic was mildly successful, and Hunter J had a stone-gun thing. And don't forget my favorite champion, Cynthia. Let's not forget the juicy character development with Ash, though it is rendered useless the next season.
     
    Does anybody knows how to change the words in the view poll results. Sinnoh was ok but not a classic in anyway,Paul was an ok rival but he was bland and boring,Cynthia wasn't perfect being the champion but they made her appear too damn perfect and her character was sometimes annoying,Team Galactic finale episodes was terrible and went nowere and Hunter J was pointless as a character as well as Reggie,Ash did improve a whole lot but he lost all of his cool personality in Sinnoh,thank god the new BW series put some life back into his character personality.

    I still find the Kanto League episodes more exciting than any new episode, despite having watched them multiple times before. There might be a bit of nostalgia in there but I still think Kanto beats them all.
     
    I can't speak for Sinnoh since I didn't watch move of it but I like Unova thus far. It seems like everyone is getting a bit of action and has there own little rival to them. The "rotation" going on really appeals to me as I think it is great changing out your pokemon every now in then(although Roggenrola, Swadloon, Tranquill need some more love). I can't really say a whole lot right now since we are probably at least half way through it, but I am sure it will be up there with the others when I look at it in retrospective.

    I'm torn between Sinnoh and Hoenn. Although Sinnoh was an annoying saga because of the filler episodes and the massive gaps between gym matches towards the end. I know in the past I said I hated the region but it's grown on me. Cynthia was an amazing rival. I don't really care if she was too 'perfect' her character was so good. Paul was quite the rival and was a nice change from Gary. Who was the only rival up to that point since there wasn't one in advanced, was there?

    As for Hoenn, I don't know why, but I loved it. <3 I loved the characters, the region just everything. :3 I loved the fact that we got an extra saga from it. (Battle Frontier)

    Like i said before Cynthia wasn't amazing or anything like that,they made her character too damn perfect not in a good way,but she was ok,Paul was a step down from Gary but not in a good way. The Sinnoh league was way too overrush and non of Ash's old pokemon didn't get a chance to battle like they were supposed to,Sinnoh wasn't all that great of series, but atleast Ash improve as a pokemon trainer.
     
    How could he dislike your idea when it was Shooti in the first place?


    I don't see what the issue is with making the Champion that is the region strongest trainer with minimal character flaws or bad mannerisms. And how is Paul a step down from Gary do tell? Lily of the Village Conference seemed rushed, but at least Quilava got some spot light. And there were some amazing battles notably Ash vs. Paul, so it's not all bad.
     
    Paul was an ok rival and pokemon trainer, but he lack the funny badass personality that Gary had during his time on the show as a pokemon trainer,Cynthia was great but they could have done a whole lot better job with her character,but she was still great,Lily of the Village Conference was ok but it wasn't as good like the other three regions pokemon league was.
     
    Yeah but the thing is with Paul he wasn't there to be humorous or a jerk in the sense Gary was were he verbally berates Ashy Boy. He wanted to prove what he had on the battle field and he did just that through most of the Saga.

    They could have did a lot better with Lance and Steven(who only had one episode appearance) but it is what it is. Heck Lance had more sway in Hoenn then Steven. Cynthia seemed to have more involvement then those two Champs combined. And as for Wallace he deals with Contests so I never really expected much from him. As for the Lily of the Valley Conference I'd definitely say it's my least favorite one out of the four thus far, I too felt the sense of it being rushed(which if they didn't have all those fillers between Candice and Volkner that wouldn't have been as much of an issue...). My hope is with the rivals they introduced even up to now that Ash has his fill when the Unova Conference rolls around. He could potentially go up get 4-5 quality trainers that we have already seen. Going from previous generations he should face Trip, more then likely Bianca, and then maybe Stephan and or Trip. And as a bonus maybe Burgundy or Georgia. Either way I see it being an improvement over Lily of the Valley Conference.

    EDIT: XD calling it Lily of the Village Conference in my earlier post.
     
    Hoenn for me! I enjoy the episodes for some reason. The Johto saga is also good, I enjoy the Silver Conference. But Hoenn is the best for me! :3
     
    I really liked the first 3 regions, actually. I can't decide which is better, but i voted for Kanto. I think the original trio were the best as they showed most personality. When new characters were added, the new voice actors werent really used to each other, so the personalities were bland.

    I also liked the Orange Islands a lot even though Brock wasn't there. I liked Tracy, and loved how he always drew pokemon he found interesting. He got me into drawing pokemon all the time. :D

    I've also seen a few episodes of the Hoenn region but not a whole lot. I think I might start watching them again. As for Sinnoh and Unova, I've only seen the 1st episode of Unova and I didn't like it. I just can't get used to Ash's voice and new personality.

    Johto was exciting too! I loved that one a lot! I loved the Water Pokemon Tournament when Misty and Ash entered. That was so exciting to watch! And all the Leagues are exciting to me! I love watching Pokemon Tournaments! But Kanto was really exciting as it was nice to see how Ash progressed with his "bestfriends" and his relationship with Pikachu. It was the start of something wonderful... :3

    What's up with Sinnoh? Why'd everyone like it so much? More votes than Kanto! I thought for sure people were gonna vote Kanto up!
     
    I haven't seen all the series, but regardless, my favorite season would have to be during the 'Orange Islands'. I found that season appealing, I don't really have a reason... I guess it's just the episodes where entertaining.
