4th Gen Which Starter did you choose?

I choose the water type myself. I honestly didnt care for piplup or any of the other starters this generation. I choose which i thought was the cutest I ditched it after i got my bird pokemon and the luxray

The starter PKMN I chose for the Sinnoh region was Piplup. I absolutely adore Penguins, and the evoloutions of Piplup resembled greatly to my liking. =)

I picked Chimchar because it evolves into Infernape which is rather good for sweeping and great for competative battling.

Naruto has nothing to do with this.
Anyway, I chose Turtwig because he evolves into Torterra which can also learn some KO ground-type moves that can pwn almost all the other pokemon except for other Ground ^.^ And against ground you can just use grass moves so Torterra is pretty much the best evo.

My first ever starter was Piplup. The only reason for that is "cool". I mean, 1st generation I got Squirtle, 2nd generation I got Totodile, 3rd generation I got Mudkip. And I prefer the Water pokemon than the other 2 types.

squirtle (RBY), cyndaquil (GSC), treecko (RSE), and turtwig (DP).

Well, even when other people were chanting to not get Turtwig and go with something easy like Piplup/Chimchar. But I liked Turtwig, even if my sister makes fun of it and calls it Turd-Wig. It's actually pretty helpful in battle.
