    Hey guys.
    I wanted to know what starter you picked or will be picking.
    Feel free to post why you picked that starter.

    Turtwig:II

    Chimchar:I

    Piplup:II

    I used all three starters at one point.
    The easiest was Turtwig by far; the only problem was it's speed.

    I chose Turtwig since I have a weird order of how I do things now.

    Red: Grass
    Gold: Water
    Ruby: Fire

    So I continued with that. In retrospect, Chimchar would be the best choice since Nintendo somehow forgot to put in a range of fire types :psy copy:
     
    I picked Turtwig, because Chimchar just doesn't appeal to me in any way, shape, or form. Piplup is alright, but I like Turtwig's defense, which makes up for its speed. And it learns Earthquake as a Torterra, which I was excited about. But I ended up trading it away on Wifi anyway.
     
    I chose Chimchar. But I would love to have a turtwig. I will start with a turtwig in platinum.
     
    Since DP has been out for a while, threads like this aren't necessary because nobody really cares anymore. |:
