Ah! I hate spiders, I have Arachnephobia, fear of spiders.
I would choose either but since there is no choice for that then the black widow, not literally though.

I'd rather be bitten by a Black Widow.. I've seen what Brown Recluse and Black Widow bites look like..
Brown Recluse bite is by far the worse out of the two, and looks much more painful.

Edit ; Ouch.. that picture is pretty freakin' nasty.. x_x Thank god Brown Recluse don't live over here..

Anyways, my answer is..the widow of course. That recluse bite is DISGUSTING!!! It's better to have cramps than to have your tissues damages and I don't want to get any scars. And even if it's not one of the symptoms of a recluse bite, I'd still be puking all over the place when I see the bite ;>

Just so you know, the Daddy Long Legs is one of the most venomous spiders in the world, but it's fangs are too small to bite you.

But if both were crawling at me and I had to sacrifice a bite from one, it'd be the widow. I'd let it bite my left big toe and then rush to the hospital. :D

i agree, Alot is needed for a spider to bite you, Maybe if you damage its surroundings, or poke it with a stick... So if your not a total dumb*** then you wont get bit..

Anyways, Neither of these spiders live in Minnesota ^.^

Unfortunately where I live you can find both of them. T.T
I chose Brown Recluse because if you treat the bite fast enough u can stop the deterioration. It looks gross though.
