But, he's only the god in the TPP adaptation. I'm already counting TPP as an alternate canon haha.

Ermm. Anyways, I'd say Groudon, Kyogre and the time/space duo are close to gods. They can actually do stuff (well, they created the world pretty much) and I never liked the idea of Arceus being the god. But I guess I'd say Arceus if I had to pick between these two.
