Well you can make friends with members that are active
and then just post with them and be patient.
I was sort of was that way when I first joined.

Always Online
Someone who is always online. They always manage to get on.

Posting
Someone who posts alot and Always online.
 
1. Online at PC a lot.
2. Peppy and engergetic. (Ex.100marios):P

Well those are the two meanings but I was sort of refering to the first definition.XD
