Oak, mainly because he's the first one. In many ways, it feels like he's the benchmark for all the other professors to live up to, and none of them quite have the same impact, to be honest. Can't imagine him being beat for a long while.

Prof. Birch...he wears shorts, he has a scruffy-looking face, and he gets humorously chased around by a lvl.2 Poochyena...what's not to like? XD

I'd say Birch and Rowan. Birch is a good guy to me (YMMV). Rowan, however, is stern-looking. He fits very well as a Professor, in my opinion.

if I had to choose a professor that wasn't bent on word domination, I'd go with Juniper since she's the first female professor. Oak gets some points as well for being the original prof, though by HG/SS I was kinda sick of seeing him lol
