Normal types have always been my favorite pokemon type, so Whitney would be my choice. Not to mention short shorts ftw. :D Miltank happens to be my favorite pokemon as well.
 
I voted Jasmine, she was in Platinum and is cute. Morty's new look is definitely WAY better, more like Volkner :D
