Who we need to see more often

Pokemon wise, hmmm, who needs more acknowledgement... well Pickachu needs less. I would say... Skarmory, it's awesoem but you don't see it much on TV, and even in Hoenn it was hard to come across. I can't wait to see the evolved form in Generation 5 - you know they'll be one.
 
i think the eeveelutions should get more attention :D and maybe meowth... lol

James should have Growlie in party.

If Porygon-Z ever appears in the show, it better be a super-powerful Pokémon capable of mass destruction...With a grudge against humans/unstable personality/something that justifies it demonstrating the ultimate Hyper Beam.

Porygon2 also wants some role, perhaps as a Pokémon traded over to Ash or something?

Game wise:

LESS GEODUDE! I'm tired of coming across one of these stupid things every generation, just to have it blow up when I try and fight it.

More Qwilfish! This guy needs more love, as for being an unevolved Pokemon in a vastly over-used type, he can pack quite the punch, and actually prove his worth in competitive battling. Too bad he's among the most obscure Pokémon around.
 
Anime: Persian, in some role other than Giovanni's pet.
Games: Blue/Leaf. I'm still angry over how she was excluded from HG/SS. Heck, I'm still angry over how she was excluded from SSBB. Red gets all the glory these days...

Now that someone has pointed out Clampearl, I agree. It did have one episode basically to itself, but still... there should be tid-bits here and there
