So who will now apply new fanclubs when Hiiro isn't mod anymore? And now fanclub board don't have any mods.

I'm just curious and for the future it would be nice to know.

Hiiro wasn't in charge of the forum. We had a moderator there, who happened to resign. Higher staff deal with forums that aren't modded until we find someone suited for the job. Until you see someone listed as the forum moderator there, it's the higher staff who deal with the moderation and issues present in that forum.

Any of the h-staff have the ability to approve fanclubs. I'm not sure which one took up the majority of the approvals but they all have the ability to so fanclubs won't go ignored.

Yeah, if a forum doesn't have any mod pretty much the h-staff would be the one looking after them.

Just remember that h-staff got other stuff to care about other than one forum, so if your club is taking long to get approved you could always ask one about it in the mean time, until a new mod is chosen. (Hopefully they'd take care of it a lot better than I did! :) )

Okay, I just approved / deleted all the threads waiting for moderation. They dated back to October 20th. I think since there isn't a current moderator looking it over, it's important to keep you all updated on what we've gone through, so I made a thread about it over in Pokémon Groups that'll list what threads are approved or deleted, the reason why, and asks thread creators to not make duplicates of their threads while waiting for it to hear the decision.

    Here's the thread: https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/267467

@AlexOzzyCake: I'd say to get the thread owners to do that. That really isn't anyone else's job, and that's really annoying to have to do. I doubt anyone with the appropriate authority will do that. Not to make us sound lazy, but going through every single person who posted in the thread and seeing if they want to join, and those extra conditions in the first group you linked? I don't want to have to sift through all that when I have 0 interest in it in the first place. That's the club owner's responsibility. If they aren't fulfilling it or maintaining the group, I'd rather just transfer the ownership to someone who will maintain it than do it myself.
