Who's that Pokemon: Pokedex Description Edition

How about its breeding group?
 
hmmmm this leaves me without about 8 or 9 possible water types, but the description suggests that it is fully evolved, so I'm going to guess:

Hmmm well single type, not steel, water and field and was warmer than floatzel, which means lower in the dex so I'm guessing Prinplup as it will allude to empoleon who is a steel type!
