Kinda wanna try compounding the gen and PokeDex color, but feel like that's not gonna be very helpful if the answer is yes as I'd still need to narrow it down then.... Guess I'll just try and hope for a no lol

Answer #5: Yes. Has a Brown Pokedex color OR originates from Generation 2 (or both).

Two options coming to mind straightforwardly;

(Only discrepancy could be that Devalue might have chosen base of these two family)
 
So a 3 stage gen 2 line... potentially gaining the 3rd stage in gen 2 or becoming a 3 stage line later on.
