It was Scyther, maybe I should have stated it were all bug pokemon

I'm guessing HitmonLEE.

I fade away in the dark, though my eyes and looks are cute, I can take you down with great moves. I can change when I see the dusk with the same color as I have.

That's obviously a swalot

And the answer to my riddle is wrong: fade away in the dark=ghost, dusk same as my color= dark purple dusk stone.
add it and you'll get misdraevus

I'm ancient, even the species with african roots I'm based on, has survived for millions of years. Even though it's against my nature, I can learn Rock moves.

PS. The one I meant before this one wasn't Murkrow. It was Drifblim, it can learn the move fly, but it can only go to where the wind may carry him.
