It was actually Mew. Mew was accidentally found by the Mew glitch. Devs put it in at the last minute.

I acctually can't believe I came up with it on my own in 5 minutes...
Acctually it's pretty easy... Ok here it goes:

I am round, I am small,
I look like a small blue ball.
But when I puff, you'll say yikes!
Once you touch my tiny sharp sikes.
