Note I said We and its acutally Mew and Mewtwo because of the research papers left in the mansion on Cinnabar island explaining the sightings of them.

As for your riddle,I'm suggesting its Staraptor because its non fighting.

Also, the correct answer to my riddle was Elekid.

I can be taught to rise with magnets in the world of dreams- It knows Magnet Rise when found in the dream world.
But not any other place- Elekid can only learn Magnet Rise in the Dream World.
