4th Gen Whta teams do you use in the battle tower?

I usually use the pokemons that I orginally caught that helped me defeat the Elite Four.

I use my EV Trained Pokemon. They seem to work out the best. But, when I get toward 40+, I start using Ubers :D

I use a simple team similar to this:

Swampert
Empoleon
Heatran/Garchomp/Cresselia

I don't focus on EV's when using this team, but my Garchomp has a nice amount of EV's to make it a bigger threat.

The rest I put there for fun, not to win or anything.

Streak of 254 using:

Garchomp: Adamant, Yache Berry
Swords Dance
EQ
Dragon Claw
Crunch


Garchomp is the lead to make battles faster, as a Swords Danced Adamant EQ hits almost everything with neutral damage/SE, and KO's them to hell, If I see any Ice type (Especially Weavile),

I then switch to:


Suicune: Bold, Leftovers
Calm mind
Surf
Roar
Ice Beam

Now this... Courtesy to Magicenforcer for this... I lost it when my Diamond got Deleted, anyways, PM me to those who have one, I can clone it.
This is when your Garchomp doesnt survive those ice beams and Has Fainted.. This is where this beast comes in.. Calm mind to your hearts content until it gets a Plus 6 in all its SP. Stats ..and Surf your way to those Pokemon who doesnt avoid these..Roar for Screwing stat boosts.

Spiritomb: Mild, Lum Berry
Shock Wave
Nasty Plot
Dark Pulse
Taunt

Now this Spiritomb I only used when I get haxed... Nobody gets Past Chomp and Cune unless they got haxed Critted/OHKO moves..Taunt is there to Screw Boosts from Overly slow Pokemon such as the Regis and Snorlax, also screws those Cresselia T-waves, Lum is there in order to prevent foes from statusing you again, and Therefore making taunt useless, Nasty Plot is there for a +6 Boost and Shock for Filler, Dark pulse is for Stab.


Lose.
Garchomp Got Frozen and Couldnt move, Suicune got Destiny Bonded by Frosslass I think..
Lost Tomb when I got Hit By Salac+ Reversal From a Scrappy Kanghaskan .. ****...Told you it was Haxed..

I do single in DP and double/tag in Emerald.

I haven't faced Palmer yet. Lazy. |D
