Why does Director/Writer hate Ash ?

It is obvious that Director/Writer has some freaking problem with Ash.
Considering , That they made Ash lose the league despite their no reason for him to lose.
The Next game does not have gym and we don't know if Pokemon SM series will have a League conference.
And Now Ash being Crucified and tortured in upcoming episode.
Obviously Director/Writer has huge problem with Ash.
Seriously , How did that freaking Organe Shruiken could not even scratch Alain Charizard!
This episode has such a big PLOT-ARMOR that it can not be ignored.
So Ether Director/writer favored Alain Or Team Flare rigged the Match!
However , Since there is no proof of Team Flare rigging the match prove Director/Writer's clear Favoritism toward Alain .

I don't think that the Director or the Writer hates Ash, more like they want to keep him in the Series and they seem obligated to make him loose to make him continue his journey.

I know winning the League doesn't make him champion but the Anime Staff seem to have a problem with Ash facing the Elite Four and only allowing him to have unofficial matches tp show he doesn't have a chance against them ( he never defeared an Elite Four).

Which is quite frankly stupid because it shouldn't even really matter if Ash wins or loses the Kalos League regarding whether he challenges the next league because there IS NO next league in this case, which means we'd have to wait an agonizing long time for him to even get the opportunity to challenge the league again. They should have just had Ash win the league for once precisely BECAUSE of the rationale that there's no league in Alola anyways, so why not?

If Ash was hated then he'd not be the main character anymore after all this time. They really need to let him win a league sometime and eventually achieve his ultimate goal, and then decide what they want to do with the character/show.

The fact is they know that Ash is such a sissy xD, naah Jk, as the other guy said; they want to make the series much longer, but how long??

Sorry guys but this thread obviously will go nowhere good and serves only to incite anger and negativity, which isn't good for the Pokémon Anime forum. It's starting to get out of hand in this area altogether.
