Why doesn't Nameless have fun with UU Pokemon? WHY???

Well, I am speaking in both contexts (for this team and in general). You can't just be sure SR doesn't enter the field, that is impossible from preventing in certain situations, and this team is not prepared to stop SRers quickly. Focus Sash in general I don't like, but for this team and this instance I actually think it's worse than I usually think it is. I think it has its uses, but Infernape and Gengar certainly aren't two of them...both need to be doing other things.

It isn't a broad definition at all (I don't even know what I was "defining"). Simply put, Focus Sash is a subpar item in most cases and it especially doesn't fit into this team. It's the only point I'm trying to make.

Those are broad definitions. aybe you missed the part where I said for this team, no, but those examples you gave against it are more "what if", and that doesn't belong in this particular argument.

Hi, I've been using this team for several weeks on Shoddy and it has done a magnificant job. The only losses in this team were particularly because of the big blue blob of crap and the mindless DNA thing.

Gengar@ Life Orb / Choice Scarf
Trait - Levitate
EV's - 252 SPATK / 252 SPD
Nature - Timid
Moves -
- Hypnosis
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

Anti, please don't shoot me for Focus Sash =P

He should..
-------------------------------------------------------

Donphan@Leftovers
Trait - Sturdy
EV's - 252 hp / 252 def / 4 atk - he needs the defense to resist SDChomp
Nature - Impish
Moves -
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Shard / Toxic / Knock Off
- Earthquake

I love this guy, the only thing I found about this guy is his hate for Gyarados.

-------------------------------------------------------

Blissey@CHOICE BAND Leftovers
Trait - Natural Cure
EV's - 40 hp / 252 def / 216 sp.def
Nature - Calm
Moves -
- Softboiled
- Aromatherapy
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave - is Sunny Day a joke or what?

-------------------------------------------------------

Skarmory@Leftovers - Two physical walls?
Trait - Keen Eye
EV's - 252 HP / 252 def / 4 atk
Nature - Impish
Moves -
- Roost
- Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Whirlwind

-------------------------------------------------------

Garchomp@Leftovers
Trait - Sand Veil
EV's - 252 HP / 4 ATK / 252 SPD
Nature - Jolly - it doesn't depend. With Joly or Naive, it would do the same needed to 2HKO/OHKO Skarm / Forry + Scizor, respectively
Moves -
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast/Fire Fang
- Outrage

-------------------------------------------------------

Infernape@ Life Orb
Trait - Blaze
EV's - 24 atk / 252 spd / 232 sp.atk
Nature - Hasty/Naive
Moves -
- Fire Blast
- Close Combat
- Grass Knot
- Nasty Plot

Yeah, hits everything at COMPLETE full power once it's Blaze ability activates with Sunny Day boost.

- Yes, I'm sorry, another boring OU rate... I'll make a UU team one day but not at the moment

A team that I can say that's above half weak to Weavizone combo. After Magnezone kills Skarmory, Weavile has a free day, 2HKO'ing Donphan w/ Ice Punch, OHKO'ing Garchomp w/ Ice Punch, 2HKO'ing Max HP/Def Blissey w/ Brick Break and OHKO'ing Life Orb Gengar w/ Night Slash. Then, he would get raped by Infernape. That's your only hope. Here, a Hippowdon with Stone Edge to kill Weavile, and Earthquake to kill Magnezone would suit well.

lol. Weavizone? Are people that desperate these days that they come up with new terms? 2 pokemon with decent coverage will always be able to do damage. The point being is that you can counter them seperately...

I just want to know your reasoning on the sunny day. I don't much like it, as it only really helps...2 pokemon, and Blissey cannot afford to be wasting a slot. All weather teams need a back-up starter or two incase the first falls, and so this is really just...useless. Remove it for Thunder Wave/Toxic please.

I see your point, but the fact (or opinion I guess) that those "certain situations" are about 99% of the time...there are only a few pokemon that can make any use of Focus Sash, and this team has none of them, and that's all that matters.

WeavileZone is just using Maggy to beat Weavile's counters (and it will beat almost all of its counters) and then destroying the opposing team with Weavile. Stupid name though.

I call them Metal Chill Overload, but I guess creativity is discouraged :(

lol, yeah I suppose...

I'm just sick of people saying "Once this pokemon kills these 2, and this once kills that one, then this pokemon owns your team" Ever since SkarmBliss, people have been making random names for things... o.0

99%? I hardly ever run into them. Do you speak for all battlers when you say this?
