Why hello everybody!

Howdy! I go by the name of Dracovoid on most forums. It is a pleasure to be among so many hardcore pokemon fans ( I am a big fan but I wouldn't call myself hardcore). Pokémon has been a passion of mine since my childhood (like it is for a lot of us). I started with pokemon blue and since then I have played all pokemon games... (expect those on the 3DS as I have been unable to buy a 3DS yet :/).

My most favorite generation - Gen 4. I thought pokemons were well made and overall it was pretty fun to play(and watch the anime).

My most favorite pokemon - I am bias towards Charizard because it has always been my favorite since the beginning but Magmortar, Salamence, Lucario are pretty close seconds.

Favorite legendary pokemon - Raquaza ( mega raquaza <3) or Jirachi.

Favorite trainer - Red (strongest and best imo).

I have played a few hacked roms- Pokémon glazed
- Pokémon dark rising 1 & 2
- Pokémon Mega power
- Pokémon resolute
- Pokémon theta emerald
- Pokémon gaia
- Pokémon flora sky
- Pokémon chaos black, blaze black (1 and 2), Pokémon light platinum and a lot more actually
Apart from these random facts I do a lot of stuff:
- I love to play and compose music
- I am a writer and poet. ( I have a novel I am working on)
- I am interested in making animations and creating a hacked rom myself.

I agree; generation four has definitely introduced some very interesting Pokémon.

Of all Pokémon we have from gen four, I'd say one of my most favorites would be Garchomp. Its design seems to suit itself without any sort of trouble at all, and battling-wise, it's not always a bad choice; Garchomp could wreak havoc. What about you--which is your favorite?

My favourite Generation is Gen 4 too ^^ I love the Pokémon introduced in that Gen (Lucario is my favourite of all time ^^), the plot of the Gen 4 games, the gym leaders, the Elite Four, the Champion ( Cynthia is scary ;-;) <3 But I think I really love this Gen mostly because my first Pokémon game was Platinum xD

Anyway, I think you'll love PC! We have MANY discussions going on, many trivia games to play, many events, and many things non-related to Pokémon too ^^ Why don't you go explore the forums? >.< I think it's always more fun when you discover the sections yourself =D As you want to start learning how to hack, I suggest you go to the ROM Hacking section! It's one of the most famous sections on PC! There are subforums with tutorials and help threads that will teach you how to hack, etc! Ah! Don't forget to make friends! The members of PC are very friendly ;)

Yea garchomp is a beast if used properly! my favorite from gen 4 would have to be magmortar or lucario (cant decide on which one) They both were once a essential part of my journey through Sinnoh so maybe its just me being attached to them :3.

Although I started with pokemon blue I am still pretty young (17) hehe... you really get attached to one starter then you just become biased towards it. Hope you have a great day!

Yeah I really should find some time to write, I agree - I keep making excuses not to write :( And yep, that attachment is exactly what I went through. :P See you around!

And just a word of advice, it's generally not accepted to post twice in a row - when you want to quote multiple people, just hit the "multiquote" button (it looks like a speech mark with a + next to it on most styles) and select all the posts you want to quote. Alternatively, just edit in the other quotes into the one post ^_^

I am planning to learn hacking eventually but the task seems really daunting right now so I will get round to it eventually (fingers crossed)

Platinum is a nice game to start with! Cynthia with her garchomp and milotic was pretty devastating! Hope we could get to know each other better :). Have a nice day!
