    Why i can't post images?? it says only "You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 15 posts or more." but bottom of post new Thread reads "

    The bottom of the post has nothing to do with URLs. This is an automatic blocker to keep spammers from joining and linking to their websites immediately. It's not hard to get 15 posts, you're almost there already so it would just take a few more to make you able to post pictures. :3

    You need 15 posts to be able to post images, although you answered the question yourself :P It stops people who have malicious intent from posting images.

    You're replying to a problem a few weeks old. =p

    As such I'll just close; I assume the issue has been solved given the answer's already been given and all.
