4th Gen Why is pokeathlon so bias?

When the guy's announcing who's the winner he always gave NPC bonus points like no miss point, who hit the hardest, who failed the most....but I've never received those points Why?

Yeah, you have to do those things to get the points o.o
I've got them before, but I don't really know what I specifically did for them.

Yeah, it's less bias and more just chosen at random what points he'll give out which is based on how you perform (e.g. points for the one that jumped the most means the pokemon who...well, jumped the mosted in that event gets the points!).
