3rd Gen Why not, Wynaut?

I took the Egg and hatched it, then it evolved when it reached Level 20. Since then Wobbuffet is boxed eternally.
 
I have never once considered using it. I don't even hatch it, I collect it and put it straight in the Box. Sometimes I don't even pick it up.
