Nearly all. The ones who I like the most are Eevee, Swablu, Cleffa, Igglybuff and not to forget Sentret, Munchlax and Skitty :3.

Yeah, because the creators don't have a type thing to base their design off of. (i.e. Charmander's fire, so you would obviously base the design off of fire) So, they have to use their imaginations, and it usually turns out pretty awesome.

Baby Kangaskhan is cutest in my opinion. And a very close second is Furret (:

Munchlax is cutest!!!

The way it stores berries under it's fur, and forgets!

And, lol, how in the manga it runs, and all the berries fall out, and while it tries to hold them all in its' fur, more fall out, and they hit the enemies!!

Not really, only a few that got a cool design. (Mostly Tauros)
