    Why do you like Pokemon.It may sound dumb but had you ever wondered why.Sorry if here is a thread like this.I checked.
     
    Because it's a semi-hard game.It's fun leveling up pokemon and seeing them evolve. And pkmn izz t3h pwn.
     
    Well... Pok?mon got me into videogames, and made be a diehard Nintendo fan. That has to count for something.
     
    I guess it was not dumb.Pokemon has been around since 1995 and got popular.People may have forgotten what made them liked it.
     
    I love Pokemon because I do. Sorry for an unoriginal answer, but it's true. It all began when I was about 7 years old. I was watching TV and saw Pokemon was on. Since that glorious day, I have collected the cards, watched the shows and movies, played the games, slept with the stuffed animals, and much much more. It's horribly addicting, but I'd have it no other way. I'm a Pokemon lover and proud of it!!! ^_________^

    To be honest, I really don't know why I like Pokemon. The Anime was there, I started watching it, then I played the Red, Blue, and Yellow versions. I never played any of the others though... (The whole 'Regions, Badges, Leagues, oh my!' concept is getting boring.) For some reason, I can't seem to stop watching the show...

    Well, since I first saw an episode, I became addicted to it. @_@; Later on, about 3 months later I searched the internet, learned about the games and voila! A die-hard fan of the moSt original game/series/ ever was made! XP;
     
    I like Pokemon because, Its fun collecting all the stuff, and playing (leveling up and junk) With your Pokemon, the Anime is cool, I love watching the Pokemon, being a little more Lively. I love the GameBoy games because you gotta fiqure out the puzzles and mystrise to move on in the game, besides battleing and having to use a stratgy to win. Its just plain fun.
     
    Because of the anime characters, shipping, and cute Pokemon.
     
    I like it because...well, I've always been a fan of videogame monsters. And since pokemon's full of such things...I was definitely attracted to it. XD

    There might've been other reasons for me, but that's the main one that comes to mind right now.
     
    Personally, I've had so much fun with an creation of mankind as those related to Pokemon! Pokemon was an unforgettable creation, I can't deny this, no matter how I look back at it.

    Awesome, imaginative movies (first three at least), game, cards, original music, series, even though things DID go downhill after first season. Pokemon even brought PC, PE2K and other cool forums, and they all had truly amazing members!
     
    Because strategy rocks and Scyther is the coolest thing ever invented.
     
    The whole concept is kind of... neato. And the TV show was fun, in the early parts when it only took 2 episodes between cities and Misty still hit Ash. And the handheld games? So so fun. Why did they have to make a new console? Why?

    And the fandom? Awesome.
     
    The only downside to the games is that you can't catch em all with just one :P but still good.
     
    I'm really not sure 0.o;; I first learned about it in 3rd grade, and thought it was stupid. Then I found out that there was a lot more to it than pikachu, and got totally hooked X3 ....I got teased a lot for liking mew though, and I often got in arguments with my arch 'nemisis', Chris, about wheather it was a kitten (my opinion) or a chipmunk (..his opinion XD)
     
    I like it because the idea of raising animals who can understand you and work with you is really great ^^
