Based on mah research, a handful of noobs Pokesav train otherwise legal Pokemon from Smogon. My suggestion is to obtain a Pokemon from the primary source i.e. original trainer. Otherwise, you have no idea whether or not it was tampered with. Or just breed your own. <3 8|
