Jolly really is bad for Togepi. Even if you were to go for the bad bad physical set with Hustle, you'd still need Adamant.

Well, You could use that as a parent and Aim for a Modest/Timid Nature.

imo, dont try to get all 31s if it isnt your thing, remember you are still learning.

Shinies are pretty much when you get the first seed, you should have Shiny Only box checked, which gives you spreads with certain taps and flips to get a Shiny Egg.
