hello, does anyone know how to chek IV's on a pokemon??? i keep trying, but i dont seem to get it right....i've been trying on pokemon that were traded to me w/flawless or near flawless IV's...and i keep geting 15's.......

Use an Iv battle, or either use an IV calculator.

for emerald or sinnoh?

if sinnoh blissey, starmie and dragonite are good,

but a tricklead is best, but annoyingly slow,

some people have gotten 1000+ wins with them,
theres a smogon thread dedicated to it somewhere :)

Well it turns out that I found a latios' and it just happened to be timid with my preferred IV's.
