Wierd Questions

Is something wrong with the friends lists? Isn't is supposed to be between those two lines instead of below them? They're wierd questions but I had to ask them because I'm picky so it's kind of bugging me.

That was posted here, and yes I know bout it. Did it when we made it so disabling sigs also got rid of that section, but didn't move the line. Anyways, it's posted here:
