    there is no-way to get a legit lv. 1 darkrai
     
    They probably don't care whether it's legit or not XD
     
    Darkrais don't come level 1, they're legends.Nor would any one trade you for a starter.
     
    You seem not to care about IVs or natures or whether its hacked, so you should check GTS
