I know I can just use the GTS, I have my reasons as to why not.

But, anyways, anyone wanaa accept? Or is this unfair?

EDIT: xD Tynamo evolves into Eelektrik at level 39. Whatever, any Eelektross then.

Use the quick trade thread to find an Eelektross. Alternatively, you can evolve it via a thunderstone, which is obtained (for free) in the department store of the 8th gym city and purchased in Black version's Black City.
