2nd Gen wondering about Suicune

Because he is the star of Pokemon Crystal, and out of the Legendary dogs, he is the most mentioned throughout the game.
 
Because Crystal is based on him. That's why once you free them from the Burned Tower, get the Crystal bell, go to the Tin Tower and see all three dogs there. Entei and Raikou leave and you can catch them later, but you battle Suicune now.
