Wondering if this is a rare card

We found quite a few cards at a garage sale.

Can't seem to find this exact card anywhere.

Not really. It's marked rare on the card but, World Champions are just remakes of cards used by the people in the tournaments. The original card that this one was taken off of is worth more. I don't even think they are allowed in tournaments because you can tell certain cards from there backs. There for collection, if you want them. I don't see the point in them though.

Those decks are mostly for collection purposes or to try cards out in your deck before you go out and buy them. They aren't legal at tournaments, however.

I have a corrected, shadowless base set Vulpix. I understand they were mass produced with the HP50 error and only in much later prints did they correct it. Is the corrected version limited and rare? If so, what do you think it's worth? Any help would be appreciated.

Just a bit of extra information. I can't find the corrected Vulpix anywhere on the net, not on ebay, not even an image. I'm sure it's genuine as I have two copies.
