    I have a question about spiritomb. Is wondertomb (spiritomb with wonder guard) is it a hack or is there a glitch, and if so, can someone teach me it?
     
    Yes, it is illegal.
    It's an ability that Spiritomb could never get legitimately.
     
    Good because I have a friend that I battle and he uses it and says its a glitch and that he doesnt remember it, and oh did I mention 'he "used' to have AR!

    The next time you get a chance, punch this "friend" in the face and steal his DS. He will then stop hanging around with you. Profit.
     
    you know what my "friend" said, he said he trained it so fire fang doesn't work on it... really!

    Yeaaah, that's bad. Friends. Those lies really do make me facepalm.

    If he ever decides to use it again, try having some Pokemon that can use Stealth Rock, Toxic, Hail, Sandstorm, stuff like that. Wonder Guard isn't as impervious as one would think. ;)
     
    Just screw your friend. Use Toxic on the sucker and stall away. You'll have beaten the thing in no time! :D
    I feel sorry for you. My doofus brother's like that. I remember one match where he tried to take me out with his "weapon of mass destruction" a Pikachu with max stats. Once I had him remove it I wiped the floor with his whole team, which was mostly ubers. :\ Cheating idiot.
     
    Ok i had this combo set up where I have my Tyranitar use his ability and then stall with my Deoxys/Def. form stall him with recover. Can Deoxys learn toxic?

    Yes, it can. I reccomend you use Fire Fang, though, if you want to make quick work of your friend's hacked Spiritomb. Alternatively, you could put up Stealth Rock and constantly spam Roar, while his Spiritomb is intoxicated.

    Deoxys can learn Toxic. A whole slew of Pokemon are able to learn Toxic. Though you might want to make sure he doesn't switch out, really. Or rather that you don't get damaged so much from the Sandstorm too.

    You can annoy him a bunch by having Deoxys learning Protect too. :V

    Yeaaah. According to Bulbapedia, Fire Fang still affects through Wonder Guard. Teehee. (Though only in DPP, but you shouldn't really worry since you are playing in DPP anyway)

    I'm pretty sure that the event itself was a hoax and in no way official. I'm guessing this is what you're talking about,

    So no, there is not one bit of legitimacy in Spiritomb having Wonder Guard. Just figured I'd make this clear.

    Hacking a wondercard and distributing it at an event is not even remotely legitimate. Nintendo had no part in the distribution of that Spiritomb.

    As for taking down a Wondertomb, you could also have a No Guard Machamp use a Foresight/Dynamic Punch combo. If you're worried about him switching out the Spiritomb, have an Umbreon use Mean Look and then Baton Pass.
     
    Any pokemon with mold breaker, turboblaze, or terravolt can defeat wondertomb.
     
    Wondertomb could be defeated if it isn't "properly set up," but it could be an extreme nuisance if it has lock on, sheer cold, gastro acid, and refresh ._. (I learned it the hard way when I bet $10 to fight my cousin 6v6 and one of his pokemon was wondertomb and it managed to defeat 4 of my poke)
