Roserade, I think those two will be worth both Saikyou Pokémon and Shiny Smoochum and Porygon:
Rampardos: 332/470/152/138/132/213 EV's in ATK/SPD
Infernape: 291/306/174/215/174/344 EV's in ATK/SPD

Shiny Garchomp, Shiny Latias and Shiny Feraligatr for Shiny Beldum (GBA), Shiny Nidoking and Shiny Rhyperior?
Shiny Garchomp is Japanese, but is terribly EV'd.
Both the Latias and Feraligatr are legit, and UT by use of berries.
EDITTTTTTTTTT HEYYYYY EDIT (sorry for caps D: ) - I couldn't transfer over the Latias and Gatr I wanted today, so one or both may be touched a little.
