    Would you watch a Pokémon Ranger spin-off anime?

    That anime should start in Fiore and continue in Almia and Oblivia (and other regions in future Pokémon Ranger games). The main characters would change when the region change, but sometimes the old main characters would make cameos.

    There's one episode internationally available on pokemonranger.com as a promo for Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs. I've also heard it's on Nintendo Channel on Wii and Cartoon Network video (though I couldn't find it there).

    Personally I think it would be interesting to watch.

    I agree. Ranger stories (Almia and Guardian Signs) were really interesting and it would give enough material for a pretty long spin-off.
    But I don't see that coming... one or two episodes maybe but it's just not Pokémon Anime's policy to give too much thought about side games.
     
    I dunno, maybe. It would be really interesting for them to try it, probably just 1 season long. So long as they don't replace the main quest with Ash or use the new series as an excuse to deliver even poorer quality on it.

    I no longer care about the anime, because it's dead to me. It died when they removed Brock from the anime and gave Ash a failed experimental eye surgery. Removing Misty wasn't a bright idea either. I also heard that Team Rocket got a personality change. It's all going downhill from here. The show should have ended after season 13 while it still had some dignity.

    They should replace it with an anime based on the Pokémon Adventures manga.     That's hardcore, unlike the current anime where Ash turns into a n00b whenever he steps into a new region and he never ages either. They could do so that one region = 1 year in the anime. Then he'd been 15 by now and the aging problem would be solved.

    This is maybe a little off-topic but it's something I've thought about for some time now.

    I don't think I would personally see the appeal in this as I haven't seen the appeal in the games themselves either. If they want to base it off a game I'd rather they did what they did with the BW2 and make an anime out of that. Or make an anime out of Colosseum/XD spinoff.

    I feel that way too, I would want a Pokémon Ranger anime, but mostly I'd want an anime in the same style as the new animated BW2 promo video. The reason I didn't make such a thread when I made this thread was because I was waiting for ZephyrSonic to make a petition about it and now that he has you can find the BW2 anime petition thread here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=282195

    No I wouldn't. Didn't even like the games. However it was awesome seeing them in a few episodes and then the movie. SO I think that is what they should keep it at.
     
    Hmm... how about this?

    A Pokemon Ranger Series which features, Ben, Solana, and Jackie.
    Or one of the single-episode characters that will be appeared like AJ could be a ranger, and a new pincher team that formed as "Team Swiper," and some rangers get to appear like Barlow, Keith, or Kellyn, even Summer! Also, a series with Unova pokemon!

    That would be COOL!
     
    the pokeman anime was one of the first anime i watched, it was also the last too. After a year or so it *** out i stayed cleared of anything anime related and for that im thankful, hell i rather be a comic book fan then to be a fan of any anime

    I know about those 2 Guardian Signs 5 minutes episodes but that's not nearly enough... it just covers the first mission.

    I agree with you and the episode stops just when things get interesting with Raikou. :(
     
    I enjoyed playing the Pokemon Ranger games, so I don't see anything wrong with making a Ranger anime, as long as they keep most or all of the storylines of the 3 games intact.
     
    Yeah... At least each episode deals with each mission. They did one with the Eruption Heatran, The Manaphy Egg, the Aura Sphere Riolu and the Celebi, and the Deoxys, where they are based on the Games' special RN missions. I wish they would do it for Victini, Keldeo, Lugia, Entei, Cobalion, etc. Did I mention the last DARKRAI mission from Shadows of Almia?
