Wow...what the heck?

    Yeah. So, apparently, I'm not allowed to post in the Art forum here because that requires posting URLs and that's not allowed until I've posted 15 other times. And, according to my profile, I've only posted three times. This'll make four, so I'm really just looking for someone to hold a quick conversation with so that I can get my other posts in. If something more comes about, then great.
    Personally, I think that it's a necessary but really annoying rule.

    While it might be annoying, it's just a precaution, one benefit is that it prevents spammers from just joining and posting inappropriate images on a (mostly) kid forum. So rather than worry over the restriction, go post around the forum and get involved. Other Voting Polls is usually a fine place to start. And if you feel you can assist other artists in constructive criticism, why not post in other art threads till you're able to post your own? You certainly won't be able to have a +post chat here in NU/W as other members can't post more than once in these threads. (you're the only person who can post multiple times in this thread)

    That aside, welcome to PC, Cobalt Mystic.

    Uhm...wow. I didn't know that.
    I'm not too sure that I like the idea of a forum where only the creator can post multiple times...to be honest, I'm not sure how much longer I'm gonna stick around, in that case.

    It's only the introduction forums, people can get to know each other with VM's and stuff.
    Anyway, welcome to PC :P It won't take long at all to get 15 posts and show off your artwork.

    That rule only applies to the New Users / Welcome area.. outside of here, other people can post in threads as many times as they want. xD; We just don't want everyone's welcome threads to last 10 pages, and fill up with spam.. this is a big forum, and that would happen. No doubt. x__x;

    Anyhoo, welcome to the forums~.

    Hope you stick around, because this place is a pretty nice place to hang out, regardless of some of the strict rules. Because of it's size, that can't be helped much. D:
