What's your favourite shiny bird?
I personally like Articuno and Starly's shiny versions. Even though Articuno has not much of a difference from the original Articuno, it still looks really pretty~
And Starly's shiny colours actually suit it and it doesn't look ugly~

Murkrow should be able to talk for halloween only, 31st of October would be the only time every year. Murkrow's Pokedex entry - It is believed that seeing this Pokemon will bring about ominous occurrences. If this is true then I think he/she should speak words on the misfortune this Pokemon brings to all who see it.

About my Staraptor, I ended up naming it Sora, the japanese word after sky. It's just Soar but the letter "r" and "a" are shuffled around.

Made this for one of my favourite FCs. Need to make one for P&P, but I'll do that later.
I was GOING to fit it into my sig somehow, but then it stuffed it up and made it look too big. >.<
I'm so angry now since it took me ages to make this, and I can't even use it. How depressing.
The transparency took a while. XD

I think all bird Pokemon can talk, only through telepathy.. like Lugia.
But speak human speech, I would think that only Perappu can. It seems the only 'parrot-like' bird to be able to speak.
