Yea sure, it is from the game Pokebox. (youve prolly never heard of it lol, but check on bulbapedia if you want to be sure). At one point in the game, i dont know when, you can transfer it over to your handheld games. IT knows the move false swipe, which is normally unavailable in swablus. It IS AN EVENT btw.
