XBOX 360 Ring-of-death Repair Service List

Am just wondering. There's sometimes a useful list of people advertising XBOX 360 ring-of-death repairs (free or some suitable small donation), within their location & experience on fixing. This is useful for people who accidentally opened their XBOX's and voided the warranty. My friend didn't know about warranty rules, and was told by his friends about easily fixing the ring-of-death by following youtube video tutorials. However later got stuck coz the whole process was too long and also don't have the necessary tools and thermal glue, etc..

Am just wondering if there's such a list maintained in this forum - for helping local XBOX people fix their ring-of-death? I mean physically meeting up (public place or their house) and physically fix their XBOX for them or guide them, etc.... for a small fee or free or tea, etc.
