Sorry to make another thread, But I have also considered him for Special Sweeping.
His stats are pretty nice for sweeping, and his speed boost ability would let him outrun quite a few others if he is out for a turn or 2. His Movepool isn't horrid. But I was just wondering on how you guys would set him up.

    Thx in advance

    Yanmega@Life Orb/Leftovers/Wide Lense
    Modest Nature
    Ability:Speed Boost
    252 SPEED / 252 SP.ATT / 6 HP
    - Protect / Hypnosis
    - Air Slash
    - Bug Buzz
    - Hidden Power Ice /Hidden power Ground / Shadow Ball

when using this protect first turn and then sweep.

Hypnosis is used with Wide Lense.

I would advise to keep a Rapid Spinner close by when using this as its extremely weak to stealth Rock

If you use that set with HP Ice, it is EASILY walled by Steel types. Hypnosis to sleep them, but none of the moves will do any harsh damage to Steel. Yanmega has to cover as much as it can.

Life Orb'd Bug Buzz 2hkos Bronzong, Metagross and HP Ice 2HKO's Skarmory. Hp Ground is there for Heatran and Magnezone etc. Not many steel types resist it fully.

I was trying to say Air Slash isn't too need :P

Ancientpower goes OK coverage with HP Ground and Fighting. Also, it can help the Bug Buzz being unable to hit Flying types well as well

    Oh right XD

Well it gets stab and i know Heracross doesnt like it. But Ancient power is indeed a viable option.

Also was it you who said that you never got a Bold Feebas ? Do you want a female one ? Seeing as im breeding the damn things and i need to get rid of them lol

Really? Thanks, but I can't trade now :P

    what are it's IV's?

    I've had success with:

    Yanmega@Wise Glasses
    Nature: Modest
    Trait: Speed Boost
    EV Spread: 252 SPATK / 200 SPD / 56 HP

    Bug Buzz
    Air Slash
    HP Ground
    Protect

Never had many problems with it. Wise Glasses don't give a big of a boost as Life Orb, but spares you of the Recoil Damage while still boosting your SPATK.

No Hypnosis is suicide, it NEEDS it when it faces Blissey or other special walls like Milotic.

air slash has its moments... if you have a speed boost in, you can obliterate a ninjask before it has the chance to do anything, you can outspeed a sporing breloom... it has stab but the coverage isn't too great. just felt like keeping that in mind..

Ninjask carriers Focus Sash, giving Hypnosis is a much better idea anyways. Like I mentioned, it has Ancientpower, it does 4x Dmg to Ninjask :P

ALL of them actually D: It ruins my day

You do know Ninjask is more fragile than George Bush's ego, right?

I know how delicate they are, but if you have enough time for a swords dance on that first turn, with the speed boost.. you got something good going..

I prefer my subbing\ berry ninjask for my baton passing, though... I wouldn't consider it a sweeper unless you get the attack boosts in anyways.

Fo insurance, you need Focus Sash. One T-bolt from my F-sashed Raichu will end it-unless Ninjask has Focus Sash itself.

yea.. but since when is Raichu quicker than Ninjask... I can only think of 3 instances.. first one being a quick attack and the 2nd case being trick room, and the 3rd case being that you switched the ninjask into the raichu.
