I had this team back in Yellow version, and good memories made me think of reviving it and bring it to Pt competitive battling in the UU tier
( though the order is different that it was in yellow)

    [PokeCommunity.com] Yellow revival UU Tier

    Venusaur
    Ability: Overgrow
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Calm
    EV: 252HP/ 252SpecD/4Spd

    ~Sleep Powder
    ~Leech Seed
    ~Energy Ball
    ~Protect

Lead of the Team, Lulls the opponents to sleep and seeds them and then pulls out, Energy Ball and Protect to stall

    [PokeCommunity.com] Yellow revival UU Tier

    Pidgeot
    Ability: Tangled Feet
    Item: Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant
    EV: 6HP/252Atk/252Spd

    ~Return
    ~Brave Bird
    ~U-Turn
    ~Pursuit/ Heat Wave

Physical Sweeper, seems to be like a UU version of Staraptor, Return and Brave Bird for STABs, U-turn is used as a utility, but is a really fun move and Pursuit for fleeing

    [PokeCommunity.com] Yellow revival UU Tier

    Charizard
    Ability: Blaze
    Nature: Modest
    Item: Life Orb
    EV: 36 Atk/252SpA/220 Spd

    ~Flamethrower
    ~HP Grass
    ~Dragon Pulse
    ~Focus Blast

Special Sweeper, taking some moves from 3 different sets on Smogon and combined them together, one of the sets suggested HP, but HP never worked for me :/

    [PokeCommunity.com] Yellow revival UU Tier

    Blastoise
    Nature: Bold
    Ability: Torrent
    Item: Leftovers
    EV: 252HP/ 252Def/ 6 SpA

    ~Surf
    ~Rapid Spin
    ~Toxic
    ~Protect

Rapid Spinner and Staller, to help get rid of SR and all the other traps

    [PokeCommunity.com] Yellow revival UU Tier

    Hypno
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Insomnia
    Nature: Calm
    EV: 252HP/56 Def/200SpecD

    ~Psychic
    ~Thunder Wave
    ~Baton Pass
    ~Nasty Plot

    Baton Passer and hinderer

    [PokeCommunity.com] Yellow revival UU Tier

    Raichu
    Ability: Static
    Nature: Timid
    Item: Expert Belt
    EV: 6 HP/252 SpA/ 252Spd

    ~HP Ice
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Grass Knot
    ~Focus Blast

HP Ice and Grass Knot, for its weaknesses and Grass Knot is for Lanturn, Thunderbolt is STAB

Okay thats about everything, what do you think?

Why in the blue hell do you have encore and rain dance on a specs Raichu ? =/ lol

Well do you have anything better?

I just chose that set off the top of my head

SpecsRaichu with Rain Dance and Encore? if you use it you lock you youself into the move and have to switch out so use something like Tbolt/HP Ice/Grass Knot/Focus Blast, non-attacking moves are are rarely(if ever) used on Choice sets =/

Since Stealth Rock runs rampant in UU, Charizard would really appreciate having Roost so it doesn't have to only make one appearance. Since the only dragon you'll ever face in UU is Altaria, I would drop Dragon Pulse for Roost.

    Isn't raptor still UU?
    ...

Banned in UU as far as I know, sitting in Limbo currently.

The Raichu needs work, like most people have said. Choice Specs locks you to a move so to even use that Rain Dance + Thunder you'd have to waste 2 turns just switching it out and back in for your 100% Thunder. Consider the item that extends Rain duration (Damp Rock?) or just plain old Leftovers/Life Orb.

You could make other changes, but I assume you want to keep a moveset similar to what you currently have.

Swellow outclasses Pidgeot in every way, he has higher attack and speed plus a better ability....there's a few different ways to run it, but the common ones are:

    Swellow@Choice Band/Toxic Orb
    Adamant/Guts
    same EVs as yours

-Return/Facade (Depending on item Facade w/ Guts boost hits harder)
    -U-Turn (Scouting)
-Brave Bird/Aerial Ace (Depending on item, you can't afford poison + recoil)
    -Pursuit (for Ghost types)

CB set is safer, but Toxic Orb gives you one of the best late-game physical sweepers in UU.

If you want him as a lead, Venusaur is outclassed in every way by Roserade. If you really want to keep Venusaur though, I suggest you move Pidgeot/Swellow to lead as they can either get a nice hit in on the other lead or U-Turn out of trouble, then swap out protect for Sludge Bomb. He can still be quite the annoyance with Sleep Powder/Leech Seed, but he can also hit a decent amount too.

    Pidgeot
    Ability: Tangled Feet
Item: Choice Band / Life Orb
    Nature: Adamant / Lonely.
    EV: 6HP/252Atk/252Spd

    ~Return
    ~Brave Bird
    ~U-Turn
    ~Pursuit / Heat Wave

Id make use of this things differences from the other bird pokemon in UU (aka its decent sp.att) and use Heat Wave so you can actually hit steels. Id use a Lonely Nature with a Life Orb and some sp.att evs (run some calcs so you can 2hko standard Steelix), otherwise this is outclassed totally by Swellow.

    Charizard
    Ability: Blaze
    Nature: Modest / Timid.
    Item: Life Orb
    EV: 252SpA/220 Spd

    ~Flamethrower
    ~Air Slash / Hidden Power [Electric/Grass]
    ~Dragon Pulse
    ~Focus Blast

Earthquake is for what exactly ?

    Pass nasty plots to this.

    ~Focus Blast

    Nasty Plot pass recipitent.

    Comments in bold.

Quite alot runs over you at this point, you have no answer to rain dance, swellow, scyther, drapion, absol amongst numerous others. Going over a threat list would be great but i guess thats what you have to expect from an all first gen team.

Grass Knot / Signal Beam / HP Ice

Anything but a non-attacking move on a Choice Item Pokemon? Do you even know how Choice Specs works. :[

And who is Hypno passing Nasty Plot to?

I know how Choice Items work>>

Like I said i wasn't think about it much when i made that set up

Hypno passing it to Charizard, him or Raichu

    @DA

    HP never worked for me

Would you care to shine some logic on why it never worked for you ? Like it or not some pokemon dont work without it and need Hidden Power. So you might want to learn to use it. =/

*sigh* b/c i know that altering HP's power and type depends on IVs which can only be altered by breeding numerous times (not to mention a whole lot of arithmetic)

So I tried alot and I never got the one I wanted, nor with the high enough power

Venusaur is fine how the way it is. Sludge Bomb can be fine, but Protect can predict what move will hit Venusaur, that way, you can switch in into an encounter to set it up easy.

80% of your team is a Lanturn weak. There are many Pokemon doesn't fit into this.

Can't Venusaur just take out Lanturn? though I guess thats the 20%

*sigh* alright, I guess i'll just sue this team on Shoddy instead of Wifi

    changes are being implemented

You said competitive battling in your first post. That basically means Shoddy. Wifi is needlessly time-consuming and overall worthless as a competitive scene for a game like Pokemon. This team should be made with Shoddy in mind. Just saying.
