    Hi again everyone. I just want to give a little update about my weight loss. For a few months I haven't been going to my meetings. Because things happen and it was affecting my weight loss. I was scared that I gained so I didn't even go back. I tried to lose the weight I gained. But it was hard. I hit a plateau. I was stuck at 175 forever. So I changed my diet. I started eating more low sodium stuff and eating veggie burgers. And stop eating the animal crackers. Cut some of the granola and juices that has too much sugar. And eat more veggies and fruit. And eating more fiber. And it sure helped. And I been active with my job. Keep on moving and it worked. The weight came down. I was down to about 173 and then 172. Finally I was 170. Then I was back the way I was before I left. I was 169 before I stopped going to Weight Watchers. Now I am around about 165 pounds! So basically I lost about 4 pounds. Pretty good. Still though I really need to get back. The holidays are coming. But I know I will be fine because I started way before the holidays last year. And I did great.

    So yeah right now I am around 165 or 166. Was 169 and went up to 175, and now I am back down again. My ultimate goal is 150. I don't have much to lose. :)

    I can't wait! Whaooo! I don't need junk food! Junk food won't control me. I take control for myself.
     
    aww way to go Lucy! you keep up that great diet and you'll be sure to reach 150.
     
    Thanks a lot guys. I am finally in the 160s. Phew it took me awhile, but I finally made it. Now I only need to lose about 15 pounds and I am all ready to go. And that is it. I am done. I can start maintaining it. The last time I was in 160s is when I was about maybe 15 years old. But still that was still overweight. At least now I am in a weight that looks good on me. XD Since now I am older...a lot older.
