When you first get a Shadinja, is it a whole new Pokemon that hasnt been EV Trained or a Pokemon that has been EV Trained in some areas?

This really should have gone in Simple Questions... -_- But, yes. Shedinja is a brand new Pokemon which hasn't been EV trained or anything. Now that the question has been answered, the thread can be closed ^_^
