In the past month, I've made my triumphant return to Yu-Gi-Oh! and one deck type that I've been wanting to play more and more is Chain Burn.
Monsters (5)
[1] Marshmallon
[1] Morphing Jar
[1] Sangan
[2] Winged Rhynos
Spells (12)
[2] Chain Strike
[3] Emergency Provisions
[3] Poison of the Old Man
[1] Scapegoat
[3] Tremendous Fire
Traps (23)
[3] Accumulated Fortune
[3] Jar of Greed
[3] Just Desserts
[3] Legacy of Yata-Garasu
[1] Magic Cylinder
[1] Ojama Trio
[3] Reckless Greed
[3] Secret Barrel
[3] Waboku
This my current card list. I'm still needing about ten of those cards so I haven't entirely bothered testing out the deck yet but I'm starting to wonder if Chain Burn is still viable. Chain Strike has been at Semi-Limited (opposed to Limited) for a while now but Ojama Trio being Limited seems to hurt. A decent chunk of damage previously came from the Ojama Trio + Just Desserts combo.
Winged Rhynos may seem like an odd choice but it seems fine in a Trap-oriented deck. I can chain its effect multiple times to stack up the Chain Link number. It may be better to use another Quick Play Spell or Trap card entirely but I can't think of any other reasonable additions.
