Haven't played Yu-Gi-Oh competitively before, and I need some serious help on how to build a REDD deck. I'm on no budget what so ever, whatever you think will make it better, I'm begging you, do not be gentle. I'm not attached to any of the cards. Please help!

    Cards (42)

    Monsters: (29)
    Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon (3)
    Red-Eyes Black Dragon (3)
    Red-Eyes Wyvern (3)
    Red-Eyes B. Chick (3)
    Masked Dragon (3)
    Troop Dragon (3)
    Alexandrite Dragon (3)
    Vanguard of the Dragon (3)
    Prime Material Dragon
    Divine Dragon Apocralyph (3)
    Lord of D. (2)
    Divine Dragon Ragnarok (2)

    Spells: (7)
    Inferno Fire Blast (2)
    Dragon's Mirror
    Fairy Meteor Crush
    Summoner's Art (2)
    Monster Reborn

    Traps: (6)
    Birthright (2)
    The Dragon's Bead
    Dragon's Rebirth
    Dragon's Rage
    Mirror Force

    Extra Deck: (2)
    King Dragun (2)

    ...yeah, so please help?

I recommend the vastly more overpowered Red-Eyes Darkness METAL Dragon.

Infinitely more easy to summon and probably better than REDD.

To be honest, your entire deck is a terrible idea because REDD doesn't have enough solid support or a powerful effect. Are you attached to the concept?

I'd cut the Troop Dragons and one of the REDDs for 3 REDMDs to make the build at 40, gotta admit it's been a while since I've seen a REDD deck myself lol.

    Oh and this.

    - 2 Lord Of D
    - 2 Divine Dragon Ragnarok
    -1 Fairy Meteor Crush
    -1 Apocralyph
    -1 Dragon's Bead
    -1 Dragon's Rebirth
    -1 Dragon's Rage

    +1 Future Fusion
    +3 Solidarity
    +3 Royal Decree
    +1 Solemn Judgment
    +1 Foolish Burial

    Hope that helps.

How about fitting in The Dark - Hex Sealed Fusion in there somewhere? It can stand in for Lord of D. or Divine Dragon Ragnarok when one of them isn't around. It can also use its effect to Tribute itself and the other Fusion Material for King Dragun (even though this won't be treated as a Fusion Summon).

The only thing I'm actually attached to is REDD. that's it. I was wanting to somewhat avoid guanine if at all possible, but if there's anyway I can make it better while still keeping REDD in there, that'd be epic. This deck is more for a friendly competitive duel rather than a tournament, if that helps any critique. I should have put that first. xD"
My bad. I was actually thinking about placing REDMD in there, actually.

I recommend playing Disaster Dragon with a splash of Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon, then; since it's a Nomi monster REDD is actually very hard to reuse, so try playing cards like Eclipse Wyvern and Apocralyph so that you don't have to run more than one copy of REDD and REBD. Cards like Dark Armed Dragon, Lightpulsar Dragon, Darkflare Dragon, and Genesis Dragon will also fit into this strategy. The only real problem is if REDD is removed from play, but that's not too much of a hassle - just beat them down with the rest of your deck.
