At an inital glance, your deck looks fine, but I am going to suggest Tragoedia to you. Triple Avarice seems overkill to be honest. Drop one for Trag!

 

[Apple Juice]

TBH drop 2 for some Pot of Duality. Useful or not it's good everywhere. The special summoning draw back won't affect you much because of the Gadget's effect. I suggest adding some Malefic tech and maybe even Gajldtron Dragon?

And Fiendish Chain + Effect Veiler is amazing.

 

[Cirrus]

Malefics and Gadjiltron are eeeeeh.

Veiler is okay I suppose.

Fiendish Chain - if you have enough room AND you need the tech.

Shadow Lizard is similarly "ok"... If you need it, I guess? Although I'd just run other things it's not a terrible idea; it's just a -1.

Glow-Up Bulb seems REALLY out of place here. Can you consistently get it out and abuse it? If the answer is "no" you might as well run Plaguespreader Zombie which serves much the same purpose (on a more serious note, if you must have a Tuner, get Gale or Veilers).
