*Can't be same type (though Flying - Flying/Electric and so on is ok.) Must have *Move sets are a must
*No levels and stats needed
*Must be an all rounded team.

Generally, most of the time, people post their dream team in what's your team thread. And then later on, they post if they have it or not. :3 Plus these days with wifi and stuff, it's quite easy to create your dream team within a matter of months, so use that one to discover people's dream teams. People also post about their favourites generally too in likes/dislikes.

And what can be considered to be the best / well-rounded would be discussed within the competitive battling centre, tbh. And I don't know why you're creating specifications for someone to have a DREAM team (aka must not be same type). Either way, if you're interested in certain rules regarding Pokemon teams, then the Challenges forum is probably for you - sure you're not creating a dream team there, but you get to set rules for challenges and all. :D
