My favourite Eeveelution is Flareon.
 
I said Umbreon. He's the type of Pokemon that will get you "Caught up". Umbreon has the ability to learn moves like Toxic and Confuse Ray, which can make him a deadly opponent.
 
Vaporeon...it's very satisfying to try and discern one's true interpretation of a Vaporeon. I also love how its elegant move pool, particularly acid armor; liquifying one's corporeal manifestation...is too cool!~ ;3
 
kanto evolutions between the vapoureon, flareon and jolteon, I'd say vapoureon;
johto evolutions between espeon and umbreon... both are equally good ^^

Eevee shouldn't be called an Eeveelution, since it isn't an evolution of Eevee.

Man that Chaosbreon is one bad mother...<Shut Your Mouth>...I'm just talking bout Chaosbreon...<I Can Dig It>. Seriously though I'm like half way through FireRed for my cherry run and i needed a water poke so i thought let me try out vaporeon. I can't even build him the way i want till after i beat the final four<stupid XD>so i'm just using <surf / aurora beam / bite / haze> and he still owns hard. I guess its just his stats but i didn't realize he'd have this much pop. I can't wait to build him wishing and passing subs to my shiny new gengar...<Zoraks Evil Kakkle>

One of the most vesitatle water pokemon in the game.
 
Definitely Esbeon, she is the best ~Eeveelution~!
