Either the Quick Ball because its sooooo useful for catching the swarm Pokémon or the Ultra Ball just because nearly all my Pokémon are contained in one of them! I was a big fan of Kurt's Apricorn PokéBalls from G/S/C it's a shame they're not around still...

My favourite ist the Time ball, because it helped me a lot in Pokemon Colosseum to catch all the stupid (sorry, I didn´t like the game a lot) shadow Pokemon.
